But it's not because of modesty

But it's not because of modesty

Even in Paul's case, Damascus's life spans throughout his life. Is Paul consciously trying to walk the road of Jeremiah? Or did it happen naturally? I can not decide anything. But what they have in common is too clear. That is why I have to feel something strange. Paul, like Jeremiah, once comes to the gods, and then does not try to live otherwise. Therefore, Paul suffers from this suffering without taking a step forward, because both Paul and Jeremiah are heavily criticized by those who take the way of life of the world. Such circumstances are often found in letters. And, like Jeremiah, Paul also states and transmits only" the word of God", that is, the crucified Jesus Christ. Other than that, they don't realize that having its own lives.

Even in that letter, only Jesus Christ, which Paul reports, comes out, and his own figure is hidden behind him. This illustrates the important aspect of being an apostle. It doesn’t matter who the apostle himself is. The lamb itself, entrusted by the Lord, is important. If he tries his best, Paul doesn't say he has done it. He doesn't think that it is his achievement because Paul did it. It had disappeared from Paul. He also wrote a lot about himself in the letter. Paul has clarified his name and identity as an apostle from the beginning of the letter.
But, nevertheless, from there it can only see the figure of Jesus Christ and the church.

This is the wonder of Paul's letter. He usually repeat Paul himself, and he's writing about Paul so much, so he must have been so tired of it, so in a situation that he couldn't have read anymore. Also, Paul does not try to think of his merits, but not because he did nothing. He did its best, no, he could do anything that he could not do. And that's not to say that it's a problem, but it's not because of modesty. For Paul, God was everything and there was no room for himself to do something.
